Any idea if their is a how to to remove the rear bumper bit ??

then i gave up. if only it as easy as the front ;-/
Take off the plastic sides in the boot....
You\'ll find gaps on the left and right where the antenna is and on the left where the ABS unit is, put your hand through those gaps, feel all the way to the back of the car in those gaps but further down and you should find 3 size 10 nuts on each side.
Remove them :) Have fun :P
There is also another 2 to undo which you will find by looking in the bottom of the wheel arches (ie 1 in each arch)
LOL will get round to it soon !!! the Bloody front bumper was hard enough and thats ment to be easy !!
Don\'t forget to take out the rear lights (push them out to the sides) and there are a load of star key fitment screws underneath them and the centre section! The ones down the sides are horrendous to get to, good luck!
