you can use a drill with attachments but a Dremel or similar would be better - a how to (http://www.gmtips.com/3rd-degree/dox/tips/buff/plenum/pol-plen.htm)

Another good how to....

http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobinette/polish.htm

I was doing most of mine by hand, (Autosol and wet/dry) came up nicely.... I sent it to a guy who was supposed to be better and when I eventually got it back he had just polished up all the rough casting instead of smoothing it all down. The bit I did looked great:D

If you are feeling lazy, then you could approach Ross at Dragon.

He has polished plenums and alternators :)

(Free plug Ross, any news on my nose????)
