Well I finally got around to completing this mod for my full non-sequential conversion woot !
A week or so ago I finally recieved my KS RF420 twins which were still sequential setup, after deciding to go non-sequential I wanted to do the full conversion.
First off I removed the oil lines & heat shield and back plate to the Pre control flapper.

Once I had access to this I took the turbo\'s to a local tyre garage and they happily burnt out the flapper with an oxyacetylene torch which cost me £25:eek:

Next I made some plates from mildsteel and mig welded them in place where the pre- control actuator arm connected to the flapper inside and out.

After, I ground it down and cleaned it up a bit.

Once that task was completed I moved on to the wastegate

I did quite alot of resarch on rx7club.com as they seem to have done alot of conversions I also got a lot of info from Dom.
I decided to do a mild port and I enlarged my wastegate to 30mm
I used a pillar drill a grinding bit and alot of oil :D

and after about an hour success I finnished it up smoothed it all off and cleaned it out!!

To be honest thats about it, TRex ( Dom) helped push me along and his faith enabled me to completed what I never thought i could acomplish + I saved a s*#t load of dosh!
Anyway I just wanted to share my experience and give another thanks to Dom for all his help :)
