Hi
Just seen this over in jap http://www.kaizousha.com/details.php?carid=974& and it looks like the sort of thing im after has anyone had any dealings with them if so what are they like also what you think of the car.
There website is always well out of date so half the cars on it they dont have.
I have heard some mixed things about them, ill see if I can dig up the info to save going from memory.

A couple of them posts are from people who would know too, ie Ben Linney who appears to have tried to get cars from there and people living in Japan...

Cheers for that mate dont think i\'ll be looking at them again.
I have seen a couple of there cars over here. These cars were sold at local auctions in Japan, I only know it was there\'s because they never update there site and I remember seeing on there website sometime back before seeing it in the auction. The cars that have eventaully reached these shores are some of the porrest examples of rx7\'s you could wish to buy. One of them beinga pink one that some company imported about 4 months back an absolute shed!!

Julian at http://www.japanese-direct-imports.co.uk/ is a regular buyer at King Buyer, claims to be the only buyer of their cars in the UK.
I know a couple of the guys living in Japan near King Buyer DO NOT rate their cars...
Ive been there,
Had a look at a couple of fds when I first came to Japan.
Garage R / King Buyer / Kaisousha.
They have a range of cars.
I dont think you could say all bad. The one I drove had loads of goodies for under 900 000. Reamemiya Kit 18 wheels single turbo
The body was rough and the interior was dodgy, But at the time it would have done me.
Garage R have 15 Fd\'s on the yard. Some are absolutly rough (but cheap) and some are very nice.
THEY ARE A USED CAR DEALER. Just like any other.
BTW have you seen a dealer in the UK that sells cars like this?
OR this ERC Demo car
(http://www.kaizousha.com/images_car/GRFD211/1.JPG)
I havent seen one in OZ. Japan is a unique place.
If you want a car for export. Why buy retail price in Japan.
There is a good place near my house called M-Cat. they only stocks rare models like RZ and RS-R and the best of the rest.
But prices are accordingly high. but you get what you pay for.
I went once and didnt go back cause I couldnt afford anything.
ps. Websites take time. For those who dont update them every day. Its not their main business.
I wouldnt rate a company just cause their website was a few weeks out of date.
My two cents
Russ
Just was looking though Kaizousha website to see what different kits look like on FD\'s and noticed this car I was sure I had seen at dragonperformance.co.uk and it seems to be the exact same car, Dragon are selling it for 11k and Kaizousha have it up for 680,000 yen, not the price that concerns me but it must be a crashed example at that price as the other stuff is up to 2,000,000 yen and over.
car is on //www.kaizousha.com goto rx7\'s then select page 20 of the list, third car down, no. 01001
Might be worth Dargon giving the history of the car as it may well be an accident repair and it\'s better if people know looking straight on the site than find out after getting excited and ringing up for a test drive.
That engine on 01001 will last a long time with no air filter....

Good spot!
that yellow un looks like Gmans with a spoiler (http://mysmilies.ipbfree.com/s/otn/ez/ezpi_wink1.gif)

Is the proprietaro or dragon performace on this forum, might be worth stating the hisotry of the car, heard alot of dodgy things about Kaizouusha/King Buyer etc.

Maybe the car had mechanical problems when it came over ;)
Yes, Ross is on the forum as Dragon.
I suspect he has not seen this post though. There is a lot here to read everyday so it might be easy to PM him for his opinions or direct him to this thread.
For what its worth, this car has been sold now though anyway.

I bought that car through one of my suppliers, not king buyer. It needed the turbo rebuilding, and a new box, also needded loads of tidying and some tuning to get it running right.
Went out to a very happy customer, looking very different. Complete C-West kit, new alloys, 99 spec lights front and back, new clutch, slave and master cylinder and exhaust, and different suspension. Car should be featured in Jap performance soon.
Japan isn\'t any different to the UK, if a car is cheap its cheap for a reason. I buy RX7s for 4k, they dont have accident history, but they have blown engines, it doesn\'t mean their dodgy. I dont no why Londoner2001 is so interested, you would be better of making more constuctive posts.
Hey, that\'s cool, I had been warned to avoid Kaizousha cus their cars some are accident damaged, nothing wrong with a blown engine etc as long as something hasn\'t been in an accident. You got any auto rx7\'s coming in by any chance?
