Hello again Teighto, I had a Toad system fitted a couple of years ago with all the c/locking etc fitted at the same time. Cost me 470 quid, this price may have gone up as it was done in 2005. Anyway the guy who fitted it is based in Bishopstoke so is local for the Soton area. The company is called Jordan vehicle security. Website //www.jordan-vehiclesecurity.com  give him a shout and he will go through all the options with you. Can highly reccomend him as he was very quick and did a good job. Also his number is 07789638777 hope this is stiil in use as it\'s his moby number. Hope this helps mate.......cheers Leigh

I\'ve had a cat 1 imob & alarm and Tracker. A bit pricey comming in at 950 all together but I feel much better knowing that if anyone pinches my baby I can hunt them down and practice medievil torture on them!

a mate of mine who like all things electronic is working on an interesting device in the event of theft.

Its based on a mobile phone, and when the car is stolen u text a code to it and it shuts down the cars electrical system :), the ide being you could give the police the code and tel number and once they sighted the car they could shut it down safely, rather than screaming down the A1 at 120mph lol

Not sure how far he got with it but his screaming G meter was great fun lol the higher G, u pulled on cornering braking and acceleration the louder it screamed lol

I\'ve recommended this guy before - he\'s excellent. I got him to supply and fit mine. A really good price.

Mine is a Cobra that covers cental locking, boot, bonnet, doors and ultrasonics, I think it was about £300 from a local place.
