Title: Front and rear hubs
Post by: Gatesy on June 01, 2007, 03:31:19 PM
Hi Guys,
I\'m currently in the process of getting a bigger brake upgrade done, gave over one of my new wheels and a spare hub I had sitting in the shed but I\'ve just realised its a rear hub and not a front like I thought.  is there much difference in the 2 hubs size and clearance wise?  In other words will I need to get a front hub to get the brackets made up?

a rear hub bracket is actually quite a complicated design, mine are a two piece..the fronts are by comparison very simple...u will definately need to give front and rear hubs...cheers

Thanks for the response dude.  I\'ll tell him to stop work on the brakes until I get hold of a front hub.
