Title: Aftermarket FPR vac line.
Post by: allstaruk on May 20, 2007, 03:55:21 PM
Hi ya guys,

I have just fitted an aftermarket FPR I am using the stock rails but with 4 x 850\'s and am still running the twins, question is, the stock FPR ran from a vac line from the rats nest, do I just use this vac line for the aftermarket FPR or shal I just take a feed from the inlet somwhere?

It needs a vac line attached, as otherwise how will it know what boost you\'re running.

Yes mate thats right, take vac feed to FPR off manifold anywhere AFTER throttle body so LIM or UIM. Dont need the solenoid, junk it.
