Title: More DVLA aggro
Post by: noyzboy on April 27, 2007, 08:16:43 PM
Has anyone got a take on DVLA and VOSA clamping down on modified vehicles and requiring highly modified vehicles to have a SVA test. Tell me it\'s April 1st someone
There is also reference to DVLA & VOSA searching websites looking for references to "easy" MOT stations....so lets keep our favourite MOT station info in PMs

i did see somewhere that if its been really modded like bits cut away and roll cages fitted ect that it may need to have a sva check.. never heard of anyone having to do it tho... rally cars dont need it.. as long as its road safe then cant see any probs.. government being a$$es againg..

I thought cars newer than 10 years old needed a ESVA or something and so needed to be pretty much stock.

Rally cars must have a MSA log Book to prove  it\'s pass the reg\'s before putting on the road.
