I opened my boot today and noticed loads of water pour in! It came from where the piston thing that helps open the bootlit joins the hatch on the left hand side.
What\'s that all about then?
Various things to check.
1, the boot rubber seal.
2, the spoiler mounting.
3, the lights on the back.
Fish
did it come from the inside, or did it just run off the out body into that area..
The shape of the body shell in that area means that standing water on the boot lid will pour into the boot.... great design.
It can also gather a bit in the water channels around there, so it still pi$$es in when you open it...
A known problem... :(

its a sports car... live with it.
Fish is right, first get some silicone and seal where the screws hold the spoiler on to the hatch.
It came from inside the hatch part of the boot (if that makes sense?).
It came from the left hand side piston thing which helps hold the boot open. Not from the actual piston itself, but from where it attaches to the hatch.
Mines exactly the same.....

yeah, its no biggie! :cheers
Mmmm... if I ever put an amp in there, I\'m just gonna have to watch where I put it so the water can\'t get it! lol.

it will be coming in from where your spoiler is attached mate its the same on mine , other than that check your rear washer pipe hasnt got a split in it
