Title: 044 Fuel Pump
Post by: jetpilot on April 24, 2007, 02:50:12 PM
Hi guys, after some what seem to be recent developements with the use of 044 fuel pumps, i was just enquiring to see who is running one and are you using the "filter/sock" that is now being recomended.

The filter/sock is supposed to stop fuel surge as well as obviously filter out any in tank nastys, so does anyone who isnt using one have such problems?

I\'m also running a 044 pump in tank, i have no filter on mine although i have mounted it quite low in an attempe to stop fuel surge.
Don\'t fancy paying almost as much as the pump cost for a poxy filter!
