Title: Is this a FC Fan switch
Post by: ash on April 23, 2007, 03:46:48 PM
Hi guys and gals,

I have been on the hunt for a lower temp fan switch for my FD and saw this on ebay cheap and New so i bought it. Is it a Fan switch and any ideas what temperature it comes on at??? 90 or 96 degrees?

fc doesnt have a fan switch, it uses a viscous fan not an electric one.

If you get an Apexi ECU you can set the temp you want the fans to come on at.

Hmmm interesting about the Apexi ECU - will have to start to save for sure. I read on here some people fit lower temp switches to bring the fans in earlier.

I know without dimensions its hard to tell but would this fit the FD where the single wire thermoswitch goes (behind the stat housing - the one with the black plastic connector)??
