since iv had my car its had a bit of a problem with over boosting, it hits the boost cut now n then when im giving it a good hoofing, pip said it might be my exhaust being too free flowing causing it to be making this extra boost but even with the standard one on it still did it, iv replaced a few of the vacum lines round the acctuators and a few of the valves but its still been doing it,but now over the last week iv felt that the car hasnt been right and has got gradually worse that its not making much boost at all, i cant hear it leaking like the time my boost pipe split, it just dont seem to be making much the dump valve barly farts and the car is really flat, also its very lumpy on tickover almost as if its hunting.... its always done this but is now allot worse? anyone eles had a similar problem? or anything close, and iv also been told that the lower inlet gasket is prone to falling to bits, but would it cause all this? help:(
theres hoses around the turbos, maybe one of them is split? lumpy idle could be plugs.. apart from thats i dunno bud soz..
its not long had plugs, just spoke to pip gonna take it in on saturday
theres a valve that comes out of neer the compressor exit on the rear turbo going to the air filter, if this was stuck open id loose boost thru it i presume? anyone eles had trouble with these?
