A 1993/4 L reg import with 60,000miles. Really depends if it has had a rebuild or how healthy the engine is. Best try and ask for a compression test/info on the engine first.

Ask where he has had it serviced and what receipts he has.

60,000 without a rebuid, I think the ice would be a bit too thin.

Even a compression test will not indicate the condition of the water seals. On a car of that age original water seal failure will still mean rebuild costs.
