Title: crank position sensor - how to remove?
Post by: dazsir on April 12, 2007, 06:11:12 PM
Replacing the entire loom on my 92FD, last sensor coupler is the crank sensor, how do you get to it to pull it apart, I dont want to break the clip, or do you suggest just cutting the wire and doing a bit of soldering, by leaving the old loom sensor tails?

Thanks

Just push the tail and pull.

I would but there seems to be a clip on it, so you cant get you hands in as the clip points towards the engine.

Thanks

Just lever your index finger in there.
