Hi,
I have just found my car has the dreaded tin worm. So far it only appears to be affecting the stengthening bit where the rear suspension upper link and optional child restraints attach under the wheel arches. (and the wheel arch inner bit; I can see right throughh the car between the wheels now!!)
Last one of these I had, I bashed out some steel to make an approximate copy and welded it in, but I was wondering if there is a source for these odd panels? I see that external panels for wheel arches are available, but where do I go for floor panles etc?:xconfused
Cycad,
Who does the external wheel arch panels?
Dave

Gen 1 BODY REPAIR PANELS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi all l have put these here rather than in the For Sale or Vendors section so Gen 1 owners are aware of these panels to hopefully help them .
These are 3 piece kits to repair your rear wheel arches are available from JDG panels with the Main centre arch at £45 and the panels in front and behind to complete the arch are £40 each plus £ 10 pp for the U/K .
Phone 01723 373956 or 07946673948.
Hope this helps.
All the best Clive
