well ive finaly striped the red shell down ready for going to the scrappy so i have plenty of bits so let me know if anyone wants owt, also if anyone needs bits of chassis cutting out then give me shout, its gone in the normal place but might help someone out .
anyway the blue shell still needs the engine bay wireing doing i\'ve been trying to get the blue shell inside to protect it also stop my parents going on about it:2Confused
the wireing is a bit hit and miss since it had another engine in it so thats slowing things down,just hopeing that theres some way around it. then all thats left is new exhaust, battery, new tyres as the ones on the pasenger side went flat and probbly wont pass an mot! so not much!

its a shame that the blue one didnt come with the exhaust - it was a really nice aftermarket one on there :(

shame the one on the red car fell to bits litteraly when i took it off, matched the rest of the car.your not after any cheap bits are you stu?i\'ve got to make my own exhaust for my civic so this shouldn\'t be harder, might even make a new manifold and ditch the thermal reactor
the car is taking rather longer than 1st planned hopefully finshed this summer

can you cut the tranny tunnel where the gearbox mounts onto? in one whole bit so you end up with a "U" shape
yeah i can wait - there is no rush ( and price - its £200 + shiiping on ebay - i paid a lot less than that - so you can have it for £60 + shipping - it was brand new when i got it and had been on the car for under 2 miles before i took it off )
and it will leave me with a 1991 JDM Cab :D

you might know the wiper relay where abouts it is, is it built into the dash or somewhere else?

the wiper relay is in the switch - there is a thead about it somewhere - and pic of exaust - hang on ......

thought that was the right, my haynes is a bit vage on that bit, i remember seeing the exhaust now, just need to sort the rest of the system now, only place i can find exhaust tubing is //www.jetex.co.uk and they aint cheap really tho they just started doing 3.5" tubing for real high power cars.

its been sat in a box in the garage since i bought it - came off a low milage FD ( im sure the guy is a owner on here )

There is a master cylinder on Ebay at the mo.....£19 inc postage, cant see anyone bidding on it but rather help a fellow club member out
i think its about £15 to post - its under 10kgs so standard parcel force will do it

What bits of the shell are rusty? -If you still have it. I\'m after both front corners of the sills to weld onto an 89 turbo II. Otherwise it\'ll be an interesting week of platework :P
does anyone know if mazda do replacement chassis panels/parts to weld on?
Also looking for a ventless bonnet (steel or alum) to make a fibreglass mold from.

its gone in the normal places, sills mostly, i\'m getting sick of sweeping up bits of rust off the floor.
they might do pannels but it will probbly be shocking pices!

they do actually make all the replacement parts and they arnt too expensive last time i checked. ben ive got a spare steel T2 bonnet if you need it buddy.

Worth looking into, might have to buy 2 whole new sill pieces tho (actually not a bad idea the more I think about it... :))

priss pringle ive decided to improve my own bracing for the gearbox conversion that i did using metal bars etc. dont worry bout cutting the brackets off mate.
Either Coventry (CV1 5NR) or Stroud, in Gloucestershire (GL5 4EY) (South West UK).
Prob best to get it sent to Stroud though.
Who will you use for a courier? And what are the flaws with the bonnet?
