Easy job mate, just take your time !!!!

Also I will stress that when you see about removing the pipes from the solenoids you need to heat the ends and cut them off, DO NOT CUT THEM WHEN THEY ARE COLD OR YANK THEM OUT !!! They will snap the ends off the solenoids and you will need new ones !!!

I have just removed plenum and used this guide:

HTH careful with those check valves and solenoids. I broke 2 check valves just by rushing and at £15 each I wish I hadn\'t :D

This might sound stupid, but how can you damage the check valves? What should I be carefull of?

When lifting the plenum off there are about 3 or 4 vac pipes just under the throttle body which are attached to the solenoids, there is 2 check valves there aswell from what I remember. just lift it and remove the vac pipes they are on the same side as the throttle linkage..
