Off sets?

Using the spread sheet for from the sticky above ( FD Wheel and Tire Sizing.zip )
2 - off 18 X 8.5 off set 40
2 - off 18 X 9.5 off set 47
Look about right to me, anyone running wheels this size & off sets?
Any comments before I place an order?
