Hello!
Right my boost gauge arrived today. Installed in my car was the Apexi EL commander when I got it. It\'s all wired up and working, but on close inspection I don\'t think there was a boost gauge installed in the car as I thought the boost point was the upper one on my pic.
(guess they could have pulled the lot out??)
Could someone please tell me what was connected up from the below pic (ignore where I was pointing) all runs through to the commander still but was disconnected at the point.
Also am I right in thinking the boost should attach to the rubber nipple?
thanks in advance!

Ok, the pipe your pointing at is a vacuum pipe for the brake system.
Where that pipe connects to the inlet manifold there is a cap. This is where you want to take the boost gauge from.

NONONO I said ignore where I was pointing to ;)
I had to replace that coz it was crap
Scroll accross a bit... you see where the nipples are on the inlet manifold...the one with the rubber cap? Is that the boost point? and the EL is wired into the one below it.. you can see the black hose.. whats that for?
ta! :D
Not a clue what the El Commander is Andy?!? assume a boost controller???
Anyway, yes, listen to Fishy, he was on about that nipple that is blanked off with a black cap - use that :)
Regards
Max
EL commander is the control link to the gauges, basically they all plug into it and you can control peaks, warnings etc from it. Here\'s a pic (the box):

Thanks for the info.. wonder what the other one is though :(

Yes that\'s right. I was gonna answer earlier but the post was a little confusing.
