Bought my FD with it already on - lovely sounding :yes however i was also given the insert for it.
Put the insert in tonight and took her for a spin, didnt notice any difference apart from possibly sounding more like a swarm of very p*$$ed off wasps!! and im not sure if it was a placebo effect or the turbos felt to spool up a bit better?
Any info on what the point of the insert is? And what the possible gain in back pressure will achieve?

I was under the impression, the less back pressure, the better for turbo cars. Also the insert (bung, as it\'s usually called) ... is usually to reduce the noise levels.
Nur Spec is a good exhaust. I used to have one on my Mr2 Turbo.
It sounds lovely with and without the bung! Especially when it pops and backfires!!
All i know about the bung at the mo, is that it does jaff all to reduce noise!!:Laugh
