Hi people,

Hope you can assit me,after driving for a while then come home and park in my garage i can smell a hot kind of smell coming from drivers side back wheel arch? At first thought it was rear brakes but changed them and smell still there. Its not very strong but enough to notice but only smell at wheel arch? Strange. :2Confused

What series is it? Certainly the 1st Generation car always has a hot exhaust smell, but only at the O/S back wheelarch as you describe. This is the case from new.

Are you sure it\'s not a binding calliper? Feel the wheels and see if they\'re a different temp for both the rears.
