Post by: Warthog on March 11, 2007, 11:50:20 AM
As above it\'s given up the ghost, red light comes on when you start up and goes off as per normal but needle stays on zero.
Anybody got the diagram of where from & to etc. Engine oil level is fine etc.:wave

The gauges are notoriouse for packing up mate...... unplug it and give the terminal a clean (engine side) if this fails, go for an after market one!!

i assume you mean the Oil Pressure gauge?,   the oil pressure sender is the big round brass thing under the oil filter screwed into the rear plate. Check the little spade connector is still attached, if so just get another sender and screw it in, its a 5 minute job.

As Jono says, try cleaning it up a bit first. I cleaned mine when I put my fresh engine in - it\'s better, but still not perfect. but it sounds more like it\'s the actual gauge than the sender, as it\'s still recognising that there is pressure there, but just not showing it.
