Fair enough, If it doesn\'t come off let me know. When you do take it out, can you take notes etc as I will be doing the same soon. Cheers

my plans is to disconnect the prop shaft and top mounts. Undo the 6 bolts holding the subframe (so I am told) and wheel the whole lot away. wow that sounded soooo easy!!
yeh i will take some photos, have you found any post on here with any info??

I would think once you get under the car and follow the frame around it would be pretty clear. But if anything falls on your head let me know what not to do:Thumbs-up

Hello again......right.... i got the old sub frame off fitted at the new suspension on the passenger side to the new subframe including: control arm, hub, drive shaft, toe adjuster. Put it all back together  and bolted it to the car. Everything is fine on the passenger side(which took the impact) I walk round to the drivers side and theres a problem, the wheel is very close to the front of the arch about 1/2" off center and also the wheels in pointing inwards causing the tyre to rub on the control arm. Its worth noting all of the driver side suspension is the orginal as it wasnt damaged at all. And i didnt notice the odd angle when removing the wheel.
The subframe bolter to the chassie with know problem and it lined up fine.

Is there any adjustment on the suspension to move the wheel back slighly? Or have you got any other ideas?
