Title: Which of these Coilover\'s should I buy?
Post by: Kash_ on March 05, 2007, 09:45:31 PM
Hi Guys

I have a list of four options for a new set of coilovers for the Rex:

1. G4 RACING Coilovers
2. KSPORT KONTROL PRO Coilovers
3. Megan Coilovers
4. Tein Superstreet Coilovers

Which one would you guys recommend? :3Confused
I would obviously like the best handling and most suitable for street driving.

Thanks

i run k-sport and find them very good ,easy to set up ,and not to harsh for street use but can also hold there own when you giv the car some abuse !

With my power I have had no probs with the Tein had them for 4 years they were the middle ones in the range. They keep my FD planted as I have had them and the whole geo set up done professionally. I also have the Racing Beat Anti-Roll Bars fitted.

The difference is --well total. If you want to rail a corner eg at Silverstone you just turn in and it does it. Hitting the Apex is there.
I got them from RE;WORX they come in three parts front, rear and front bracing strut. Think it\'s under £300 but you will need to check out there site.

Alan; front a/r bar is about 120 quid + vat, rear is the same again. And the front brace (optional) for the a/r bar is another 70 quid + vat.

Jj; no, John has HAs from recollection which arent made now. They are simliar to Flex i.e. harder than super street.
