Title: that\'ll be causing my boost leak then
Post by: fletch_ on March 04, 2007, 10:03:04 PM
hey again people,

well yesterday i had my first problem with my pride and joy,
an UBER massive boost leak,:2Rolleyes

headed out towards clacton on sea with the wife, hit a nice duel carriageway and gave it the "empty the tank pedal" only to notice i dont have the same \'oooooopppmhhhh\' as usual:3Confused ,

as i got closer to clacton i could clearly hear that im not dumping as loud as usual, it was so bad even the wife noticed that she no longer feels sick when i boot it:D ,

so i give it some more to see...........\'2psi\' on the first turbo and obviously nothing on the second:eek

anyways i have a bit of a dig around and thought i\'d found the problem,

now im no mechanic but that shouldnt be hanging out like that so i sorted it out with a bit of araldite:D

then i got thinking "that wouldnt cause it to be that bad so i thought id check the rest of the piping

suppose that big gap will be a bit of a leak eh!

i love it when a problem is so easy to sort:Thumbsup!
