Title: Turbo information?? WTF is A/R and Trim???

I\'m very much new to the world of turbochargers! So I have no idea WTF a lot of it means, I understand the concept perfectly, however what is A/R and what does Trim mean?

And then how does this affect performance? And how do you match up what you need with what engine etc...?

Does anyone know of some good links where I can have a bit of a read up about this stuff?

About the best book I\'ve read on the subject is by a guy called Corky Bell, but cant remember the name of the book.
