The car is being sold by reworx.  Do a search on here to find out about them.  Very reliable garage.
As for questions have a look through the hints and tips to buying a rx7 on here and make yourself a list of questions to ask.

Hi Mate and welcome to MRC,

The price of that car is reasonable as its has a single turbo conversion and a rebuild already done, a rx7 with a recent rebuild can fetch over 5K thus having the single turbo conversion already done the price is quite reasonable.

Have a look at it and take it for a spin and see what you make of it, should be quite nippy at 300rwhp which is approx 351hp @ flywheel so not bad at all.

Exerlent, just want I wanted to hear, yeh i know reworx know the stuff, im friends with James Willday, who rx7 spends alot of time down there.

Will running that kind of power reduce the life of the engine?
I know det/knock is a rotory killer is this likly to be an issue?
What afr\'s should i expect?

I really wouldnt be able to afford to rebuild the engine in the next year or so. However i am prepared for the maintaince so I will be changing oil extra as frequently as possible to avoid doing this.

At 350hp the engine is not under too much stress, i ran my rx7 with well over 400bhp for 3yrs without a fault, as long as you allow it to warm up cool down correctly and get the servicing done as required and change plugs and oil at the correct times it should serve you well as engine is quite fresh.

My other worry is that i live about 5/6 miles from work and I might have to use it as my daily drive to a little while, is this going to be a problem? How long do these take to warm? Also ive got a mr2 turbo atm and get about 16mpg is the rx going to be much worse that this???

Do you think this kinda of power will make 12sec 1/4?

The 1/4 mile issue is also linked to who is driving the car, you might get low 13\'s and high 12\'s with that power but your driving will have to be spot on.

Mpg will be about 12-18 in city driving, i know Leicester can be quite busy at times so in slow traffic not great, not a problem using these as daily drives the high power ones can be tricky but with 350bhp should be fine mate, dont take too long to warm 6 miles should be ok, obviously the colder the day the longer it will take :Thumbs-up

Hi, I ended up buying the car for £5500, the car was in very good condiction. The only thing that let it down was the interiour. The passenger door car was a bit of a mess and it was a dash was a little rattly. Nothing that couldnt be sorted though. Is there any rx7 breakers in the midlands that might be able to supply me with a few bits?:xconfused
cheers

Keepin looking on here people are always breaking cars, the rattly dash is normally caused by it not being put back well, I suck at interior trim my shovel like hands and lack of paitence ruin it, but I\'ve got a mate who loves fiddly things and decided to refit all my interior trim one day and now its rattle free so it is do able.

Nice one!  Welcome to the wonderful world of the rotary engine.  :D

Make a list of the stuff you need, and either look through the for sale section or  put a post in the wanted section.  I\'m sure you\'ll be able to get most of the parts you need.

Now, only one thing left to do!  Join MRC :D

I will be joining next month!! I went a bit over buget so some of the funds have come straight out of this months wages...opss!!

Just another quick question, the car has a uprated cooling system, so hopefully the cooling shouldnt be a issue, although you never know. Is the pfc display reliable enough or should i get an extra gauge as well?

cheers
