Title: Worrying Phone Call From Wife
Post by: Crazy Eddie on February 20, 2007, 10:43:48 PM
Well had a call from the wife today as she needed to pull the car out of the garage for some reason. She left me a message saying whenshe tries to start the car the indicators flash and then nothing else

At first I thought maybe Alarm was kicking in or something and was racking my brains.

Now at this point I would like to let you all know that I have an S2000 starter button.

So I get home and have a look at the car get in cross my fingures and start the car.
Fired up first time. :Thumbs-up
Asked the missus to show me what it was doing and yes you guessed it!!!

Instead of pressing the start button she was actually pressing the Hazard light switch!! :rollin

Find it funny now but was worrying all day at work about it! Women!:wiggle

Title: Trust the wife

That’s funny Eddie I hope you sat her down and showed her the controls as you would a pupil:) or you could practice your Q and A technique on her.

My wife wont even start my car since she almost flooded it the last time, she has a habit of half pressing the gas pedal when trying to start a car.

Talking of silly things, a pupil came out with this last week. I was mentioning I teach all nationalities to drive so I name a few and say one guy I teach is from the Philippines, I get this funny look from my pupil and she says whats it like teaching someone with pink eyes and white hair:), at this point i am looking puzzled and then I click she means albino, couldn\'t stop laughing
