Title: best size wheels/tyres ans suspension for road use
Post by: beast20vt on February 18, 2007, 01:04:39 AM
wondering what the best size wheel/tyre combination is for road use and whats the best suspension set up?

more than likely the fd i eventually buy will have standard 16\'s so i would want to upgrade to atleast the 17" specs of 8 and 8.5x18 with 235/45 and 255/40\'s,these a good size for the road?plenty of room for a 335mm brake kit too.
suspension??are tein mono flex too stiff for road use?i dont want a kangaroo so would i be better with koni\'s?

still a bit of an rx novice so wanting to learn as much as i can before i buy one

cheers
