Title: Bonnet Release - favour please
Post by: framey on February 16, 2007, 04:48:21 PM
Hi
would someone do me a huge favour please and send me a pic of the bonnet release handle?

I pulled mine the other day and the cable came off. I cant see how it\'s supposed to attach, so I\'m guessing a part of some kind had flown off??

I particularly interested to see how the cable end is attached.

The car\'s over here with me in Germany at the mo, so cant pop over to see another cars!

Much appreciated.

Thanks

p.s drove to prague yesterday - the roads are ROTTEN!!

Hiya,
thanks for the reply mate, but I was after the actual handle rather than the release catch under the bonnet!

Thanks anyway.

Anyone? :-)

Er good question there open if you leave it unplugged so I would hazzard a guess at them closing under vacuum.

You\'d have to check though.
