Hi ya guys

I am in the process of fitting my greddy front mount I have removed the radiator and have bent the air con condersor so it now sits vertically what do you do with the pipe that runs in front of it, it doesn\'t seem to want to move?

Any suggestions lads.

You don\'t want to know but I\'ll give you a hint anyway.

Removing UIM butterflies and porting,
Changing primary injectors to 850\'s
Fitting -6 braided fuel hose and aeroquip connectrs
Fitting FPR
Polishing UIL/LIM/Intercooler/Pipes
Painting everything else
Fitting Radtech radiator
Fitting Downpipe
Fitting Profec B II boost controller
Fitting apexi induction kit
Moving battery to storage bin
Changing all suspension bushes
Finish setting up coilovers
Fitting Water Injection

I\'m sure there is a lot more but I can\'t rember it all of the top of my head.

And yes uprating the radiator is inportant the cooling is a weak spot on rx7\'s

Just a thought.... but if it\'s to cool the power steering fluid, would it be worth putting an oil cooler in there instead of the twisty pipe to cool the steering fluid???

Just seen this thread. What ever you do don\'t hide it away. It will overheat in traffic and kill the powersteering pump through excess heat.

I bought a mini rad from aus, but you can get standard oil coolers that will do the same.

Its all low pressure lines so you can remove the original loop and replumb with standard pipe. Makes steering more reponsive too. The oil never overheats so the feedback feels even better :D

Any suggestions where to get one from, was thinking something like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PAS-POWER-STEERING-FLUID-COOLER-SIERRA-ESCORT-COSWORTH_W0QQitemZ150088487150QQihZ005QQcategoryZ21654QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem

Also what hose can I use as I\'d prefer stainless braided hose and can I just use a standard oil cooler?

That looks fine. I\'ve used standard rubber fuel line thats oil resistant. Had no problems with it for well over 12mths. The plumbing up is a bit more fun, the pickup is on one side of the car and the return on the other, need a couple of mts of pipe.

Demon tweeks does a range of oil coolers, not sure how expensive it is though and most motor factors will sell thick wall oil resistant rubber pipe !
