hi all, just to introduce myself and to show you my fc and a few plans too,
my name is pete and i\'m 21 years old, the rx i have bought is gonna be used in this years drifting comps, i have competed all last year but in nissans and i fancied something a tad rarer to catch the eyes of the judges and crowd etc

my car is a 1991 FC imported from the motherland late last year, it has a few mods already

2 way lsd
tein coilovers
stainless exhaust
hks filter
roll cage
stripped out etc etc

soon she\'ll be off to pip at wgt for a turbo upgrade, apexi power fc, front/ v mount intercooler, injectors, fuel pump etc etc and hopefully she\'ll have a good power figure,

here\'s a few pics

Looks like the airpump has been removed as well - keep an eye on the emissions come MOT time :yes

Very tidy though :D

Out of interest, how much was it?  How many miles has it done?

the emissions shpouldn\'t be a problem as it\'ll be being trailored about this season. i paid £1900 as it stands with approx 40,000 miles on the engine but i\'ve been informed its been rebuilt but hopefully pip will sort any niggly problems out for me:Thumbs-up

If you need any help or advice on all things FC, get in touch with 88GT-R...John. The man is a fountain of knowledge, and is extremely helpful. Pip knows him very well too.

A really nice looking car mate, tempted to go for an FC myself in the future.

Be interested to hear how much difference the mods make to the HP.

pip at wgt has been amazing, the car now produces a healthy 310lbs ft at the wheels at 1bar but the figure may rise slightly yet

the entry speeds for this track were around 90mph which was pretty scary, the car and me are ranked 13th in the country and its all going pretty well but i\'ll try and keep this thread upto date
oh and ignore the number plate its the tow plate:o

It\'s a TO4E compressor, using the Series 5 CHRA and hotside.

Cheers,

I saw that at JapFest and I was wondering whose it was... I like that V-mount setup and I\'d suggested something similar to RX Motors for mine (with a bigger IC though - I had to sell my Evo VI IC as it was too small for the tubby!) I would be keen to have an idea on the sort of intake temsp you are getting.

You running a Microtech?
