Personally, i don\'t think they look cool. The only real advantage with them, is they make sure that all your earths are up to tip top condition, which can often fail. If you have a good set of standard earths, there\'s little point in fitting them.

What group was she in pete?:rollin
Not really having earth problems(i dont think), just doing it more as precaution than anything. Not sure im too keen on the looks either, another wire running round the engine bay, although it is a rather nice blue!:Giggle
Thanks guys!

Erm anyways, there\'s a guy who sells them on ebay and does rx7 specific bits and they\'re quite good.

kit was a good idea on my car to reinforce the earth points but if the looms look ok then there seems little point to do this.

Can do it very cheaply if you DIY it. I bought 5 metres of 8awg cable for about £7.50 and a henley block (earth block that supplements a fuse baord in a house). I didnt pay for this as my dads an electrician but guess these would be about a fiver or less.

improving your earthing points is very beneficial. doing it with an earthing kit is unnecessary. however, I\'ve had one fitted and it has improved the stability of the voltage showing on the PFC but no other effects.
