im having problem with the car. when i take of hard or spin the wheels i get a load of what feels like axle tramp. its a realy knocky noise and it seems to be coming from inside the prop shaft. is there an inner and outer part of the prop shaft and is this a common problem?  there is no bushings gone. when i lift the back wheels of the ground. and put it in gear and let the clutch out i get a knocking noise for a second

check your diff brace and mounts, doubt its your prop but check bolts are secure.

Only way you will stop the diff jumping up n down is a set of solid mounts which is the kind way with no bad viberations or a diff brace.
