Right then peeps, I apologise for the delay in getting this sorted, but at last things are heading in the right direction!!!!

Unfortunatly I didn\'t have time to cut out the hole for the commander to drop in to or the vents, so I\'ll do that over the weekend (aswel as make a few more!!) & get another pic up of it. I\'m also going to be getting some dark grey gell tomorow fingers crossed so it will be the same colour as the factory dash (or very close anyway!!) but the first 2 will need to be sprayed (mine & who ever wants one thats going to get it colour coded)
Fitting it to the dash couldn\'t be easyer: remove the old vent (might have to break it out as the screws are a pain in the @rse to get out!!) then simpley drop this in its place & use a few small blobs of something like silicone sealer to secure it to the dash!!

Price will be £39 deliverd to your door (within the UK!!) if your outside the UK & have a RHD FD & would like one, please let me know where you are & I can find out the extra price for delivery.

Was there no way of keeping the right hand side vented? just so the air from the fan can escape rather than being trapped behind??
Yea, I haven\'t cut open the vents on this as yet.... it\'s only been out of the mould for about 40 mins mate so I havent had a chance to do anything to it apart from take the pics!!

Fitting the unit is easy:
1) Remove the old vent from the dash
2) if you look in to the resulting hole, you will see the trunking that the air flows through, blank off the left hand trunking (commander side)
3) If you want to, you can remove the section that fits in to the plastic trunking from the original vent & fit it to the right hand trunking with a spot of silicone sealer/adheasive (this will stop any air escaping down behind the dash).
4) fit the commander carryer to the dash using a few small spots of silicone/adheasive
5) let it dry...... Now your redy to go!!!
