Title: Coolant hose near plenum? where?
Post by: RedRummy on February 01, 2007, 04:48:42 PM
Can someone point out where the coolant hose is that attaches to the plenum (or near it)

I keep hearing people say you should detach this hose when filling with coolant till water starts coming out of it, then reattach.

Here is a piccy, lets play spot the hose!!

Right at the back of the engine bay, attaches to the throttle body, nearest to the bulkhead...

It\'s only a small hose, I don\'t think I can see it there.

But when I changed my coolant I used that and it worked a treat! Literally only had to top up twice and then it\'s been 100% since :D
