Hi Guys, have been reading up about the use of nitrous on various Rotary forums. I seem to have some good ideas and basics on the prinicpals of NO2 on rotarys now, but is there anyone out there who could recommend a company in the UK who has first hand knowledge of NO2 instalation on rotarys. Ross from Dragon and Tim from RX Motors spring to mind, but dont want to hassle them if thats not there bag.
Tim is the only guy I know who\'s experimented with NOS. I dunno that its actually \'his bag\' but he\'s the ONLY guy that I\'ve heard of that actually has had it running on a rotor over here, although there are those will happily band about their intentions to run it in the near future I think...
Guess it depends on what u r using it for, but if its out and out power then good luck mate !! :)
the most successful use of NoS I have seen on a rotary was to cool the turbo\'s, and not to allow over-fueling... ...for NoS components in the UK, the wizards of nos are your best bet... ...slightly more expensive than most, but best quality kit
alternatively you can build one from an old fire extinguisher, some pneumatic solenoid valves, hose and some fittings!... ...bit dangerous tho\' :D
here\'s a nice link for you to read (http://www.rx7club.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=111605&highlight=NOS) from the RX7club covers most the bits & Bobs as i recall (http://burns.thefinaldimension.org/contrib/edoom/smiley_on_tredmil.gif)

Thanks guys. I have spoken to Tim at RX Motors and he recommends a dry system with an uprated fuel pump and injectors, i also plan to go down the single turbo route as well, so this fits in with my plans anyway. Think i will have the No2 first then the single turbo conversion in the spring.
Didn\'t OJ have NOS installed? Or was that just for show :)

I have OJ\'s NO2, it will be used as a coolant when car running and tuned. Got to tune her first.
