I used to use Silkolene Synthetic 2 stroke oil, i think as long as its Synthetic you won\'t have a Problem.

If you do a search there is quite a bit out there about Pre mixing.

Urm my ratio used to be a bit random (half 1lt bottle to a Full tank :)) but from memory (don\'t qoute me on this) i think its 200-1

Syntetic does\'nt drop the Octaine rating so as long as it don\'t vanish in a cloud of blue smoke you should be ok.

For 20litres you want to be using 200ml if you want a 100:1 ratio.

so 10litres of fuel to 100ml of oil.. easy to remember lol.. will buy some tomoz and fill the tank :D

So if i used 5w 40 oil and premix the fuel, upgrade the ast, rad and intercooler will this make the engine bullet proof lol..

No engine is ever bullet proof anyone who tells you that is full of B.S. what you are doing is giving your engine a much easier life as the fuel/oil ratio is always going to match so long as you put the oil in there is no pump to break down no pipes to split etc etc. Another big plus is you can safely put proper oil in your sump.

so if it makes your engine run smoother and easyer, should this not give it a longer life span?  was reading the review in bonzai on Ross`s car, he said after a years drag racing with 5w 40 oil there way no wear at all on the plates or tips, js thought engine life would be better lol.. no worrys tho ..

cheers for the info :yes

Yes it should give you a longer living motor but no motor is ever bullet proof.

What is the easiest way to block the OMP? Could go and have a look and poke about but its cold :) Been meaning to do this for a month now. Should we use synthetic if it does not drop the octane at least until remap? In fact is a remap necessary going from OMP to 100-1 synthetic premix? The amount of different opinions is a little confusing.

Just unbolt it and fit a blanking plate they are available on ebay and I\'m sure the advertisers on here could supply them. No remap should be required as for oil choice its a personal preference i like the castor synthetic bled i use but each to his own.
