I\'ve been reading about people using methanol injection rather than water injection has anybody had and experiance with this on a rotary specifically a 13b tt
I used water inj and it worked fine under warm temps, you can add meth but tbh found water just as good :King
I run a 50/50 water meth mix. The person you need to speak to is Scott. Forum name SDMINUS. He is no longer on here but on FDUK.org. However, you should be able to find his old posts on water injection by doing a search on his name or on water injection. He is the Guru of WI. hth:wiggle
Are you adding water for safety or going to tune for it to extract every last bit of power out of your motor?
If just for the safety margin then just water will do. If you want that safety margin and a bonus bit of power then go 50:50 water meths. If tuning for the A I then water 40% meths 40% acetone 20%. One word of caution Meths is very corrosive if you go beyond 50% it will attack anything Aluminum.

Where do the water injectors go? Do you need to modify anything in the engine to get the injectors in? Okay thats 2 questions.
The injector mounts into the intercooler piping after cooler before the intake elbox in my install, some might do preturbo

Running 50:50 at the moment Matt don\'t really need it at the mo as boosts under a bar but it keeps the temps nice and low.
