I checked oil and was thick and milky.  Dealer said was condensation.  Could this be?

Bev, sounds about right. At this time of year a rotary gets a lot of gunk around the oil filler cap.

Depending on how long ago an oil change was done, might be worth doing a change.

What do you mean you checke dteh oil ? You mean you checked the dip stick ? If you got milky stuff on the dipstick then your definitely have oil mixed with water= rebuild soonish. If the milky stuff is just on the oil fillcap and neck then it will be condensation.
