needs a top up every 10 miles or so not much but a little,

there is absolutly no bubbles in the filler cap when idling from cold and no smoke either!!

car dosent start when cold first time either needs to be turned over than left for 5 mins then starts straight away but i think thats my spark plugs need changing

I think you\'ve put this in the wrong section.

First replace the Two rad caps, Make sure there the right way round.

Then is you foot well carpet wet?

Does the level in the Overflow bottle (drivers inner wing) change?

Is there presure in the pipes when its cold? (I.e. when its been running 30 seconds to a Minute)

Read this thread it may give you some pointers what to look for http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28308&highlight=overheating

Its possable, depends on where the water seal goes and how bad.

You can usaly tell if the pipes start to go hard very quickly after its been started or it starts on one rotor eveny so often.

Basicly the water seals them selfs don\'t usaly fail, its the Groove in the Plate that holds them in position that fails so the seal can move out of place causing the leak.

Rebuilds vary alot in Price, every rebuild is diffrent due to wear etc so i would imagen you may get away with rotors/Housings (which is where the money starts going up in £300\'s at a time) but you may need a Plate.

If you want some advice Ring some where like Rxmotors and talk to them about it.

right been looking and just got back fronm a blast n there is steam or smoke coming up from behind the servo so maybe coolent leaking onto turbos or manifold or somthing not loads of smoke/steam but enough to just spot when sitting on drive ready to switch off.

smelld bad too hoping its coolend leaking out n dripping on somthing hot hope its  not oil, there is a metal pipe which runs down there n heads to the heater matrix so will hace to take sevo off to have a good look n see if its cracked is there any other water pips down n around that area?
thanks for ur help
