You need the following to support:

1600cc secondary injectors
Uprated fuel pump
Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator
Remappable ecu
FMIC (your Vmount will do nicely)
WI might be useful through summer but not necessary spec not in this weather
New manifold with T4 flange
New downpipe

I am running T04s easily 400 fly not yet dyno

WOW it kicks serious ass compared to the old stock twins you will not be disappointed !!

I bought my turbo from an american seller on ebay see here:

got a T04s (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Himni-Racing)

Got the manifold that you have linked too from ebay.  Is a good fit, and made well, but very thin walls Carl at Hayward Rotary reinforced all the welds before installing it.  So far is working perfectly.

Make sure the cheap turbos kit is for RHD car, as with RDH cars the manifold is shaped differently to clear the steering column..

They lowered the declared value to about £400, I think I got £75 duty something like that but please don\'t quote me on it

You would be best getting the GT35R awesome piece of kit silly cheap money too...

Mind you, my T04s kicks huge ass no complaints whatsoever...

You might want to look into an uprated clutch too if you dont already have one.  I doubt a stock clutch will last very long with that amount of power.  Might as well do it all in one go while the engine is out. :Thumbs-up

Martin.

My spec is as follows

If you wanna chat about anything matey just give me a call 07910366865

T04s same as you bought (1.0 hotside)
Ebay tubular manifold (you linked to one above)
50 mm wastegate (HKS copy another ebay jobbie)
Custom downpipe fabricated by Carl and co at Hayward Rotary
HKS 2 row FMIC
1680 cc secondary injectors on a modified fuel rail
SARD rising rate fpr
APEXI GTR fuel pump
Apexi PFC
Trust ebc

Stock clutch (I thought it was slipping until I realised it was wheelspinning all over the place !!)

In excess of 350 rwhp (not yet dynod) @ .8 Bar  Was last dynoed at 322 rwhp at RE:Worx on stock twins at 1 Bar.  This feels far far more than that..

It is amazing the difference you will notice.  Your tub will take a little while to arrive as they build it to spec.  Also they are not the best seller as far as comms go, I was gonna post that up this morning as a cautionary note.  But be patient and it will arrive.  I would advise requesting a 1.0 hotside like mine.  This way you get a half decent spool rate, but have the capacity for much more power if you decide to get the car ported at a later date with this spec the tub will love that and come back for more.  You have made a good choice of tub though...

Also, be sure to ask them for a V-band clamp as well with adapter flange.

As above

Custom downpipe fabricated by Carl and co at Hayward Rotary

In actual fact I bought a HKS cast manifold, with downpipe from Japan.  Unfortunately it turned out that the manifold was for an FC, so at short notice I opted to get one of the ones off ebay.  The downpipe however, was cut into bits along with my oringal HKS downpipe from the stock twins.  Carl and I forget the other chap\'s name together fabricated the one now on the car as a hybrid using parts from the other 2.  Something like 10 hours went into getting it build and fitted properly along with getting the wastegate lined up and plumbed back in.  No mean feat !  This is not a task to be approached lightly, but I don\'t imagine that you are..

yes

1 there is no phone number I could find even on their proper website http://www.himni-racing.com/

2 they aren\'t great at answering emails, and if you look at their feedbaqck history on ebay you will find lots of others saying the same.  But they do a good job and if you are talking thing like turbo spec and adding to the order they will answer ok

They are registered on RX7 club as well

They do provide quality gear at unbelievable cheap prices.  I think my tub arrived just shy of two months after placing the order.  NO complaints from me though, WELL worth the wait.

Post up how it all goes when you get the gear.  What spec tub you ordered ie hotside size ?
