Is there any way to get 3.5 or under with no airpump or cat?

Or would you need to map lean for that?

I\'ve got a 92 import and never had any problems, is it 92 to 93 when the law changed?

Also depends if the person who mapped it has locked it down! If they have  you\'ll need a datalogit to get around it.
