Title: Center Speaker
Post by: dazpoynter on January 05, 2007, 08:44:28 PM
Was wondering if anyone has taken out the center speaker in the dash.

If so how did you do it. I have the Bose system semi working inside the car and just want to check the center speaker. I have found what i think is amp that powers the speaker by removing the glove box.

Do i need to remove the amp to get to the speaker or do you just remove the speaker grill on the dash.

Any help or advice would be great.:3Confused

It should just prise out. Use a thin flat butter knife if you have to but I just pulled it. There are no screws.

You should be able to use a flat head screwdriver to get the cover off then just unscrew the speaker.

Lever from the front (closest edge to you) it\'s just held in by little spring clips!!
