Title: Anyone got suspension with adjustable damping?
Post by: RAW on January 04, 2007, 11:03:54 PM
i have GAB adjustable dampers. you can select the hardness from 1-8 but i have forgotten which is hard and which is soft! they are really hard to adjust without a ramp or taking the wheels off so it\'s not as easy as trying both and driving round the block. the selector is marked with arrows and \'hard\' and \'soft\' but it goes all the way round so it could be either!

any ideas!?

Yup - same on the Tein Flex kit.

It\'ll only adjust so far in the hard direction before it hits the stops but soft has no stops and there\'s a warning not to go too far...

thats cool-thanks guys-that means 8 is the hardest. thing is it\'s strange how you can turn them all the way round. do you think there are therefore actually more settings than 8, or that it\'s just some kind of stop inside the shock?
