voted yes, projects are the best bit
Yes if its in the member section and rotary based.
Kevin
I agree, would be great but must be rotary based. I wait with baited breath for a debate!

i cn see this going off topic soon :rollin lol!
agree onit being the best bits, spent ages going through the driftworks and skyline ones, some real dedication and effort gone into them.. would love to see the same going into the rex in there own well earned section :InLove
Just keeping things on topic

I have no objections but it occurs to me that with only a few \'old schoool\' cars around +1st, 2nd and 3rd gen cars and only one type of rotary engine how many possibilities can there be?
John
By rotary based John i meant on a rotary powered vehicle doesn\'t need to be a engine mod, suspension upgrades etc lots of possibilities.
The reason for in the members section not all people declare all mods to the insurance companies, put it in the open part and anyone can see what you\'ve been up to. At least in the members section there\'s a chance insurance companies would miss it in the case of a claim. We don\'t want another Blitzboy episode.
Kevin
I voted yes.
It\'s nice to be able to follow a project all on one thread. I also think it should be in the members section and only the person who started the thread should be able to post in it.
If people want to comment on the project, a separate thread could be opened for people to talk about it.
Just my two cents :)
Yep, I think that would be great although I\'m with Kev on this - would be great if it was in the member\'s section.
OTOH we\'ll probably lose out on a lot of people who still refuse to be assimilated, err, join :D.
i think alot of good threads will be lost by puting into members only?
If im being honest.. i didnt join because of the benifts from being a member, as i feel i`ll never use any of them apart from cheaper entry to events :P i joined on the pure fact that i dont wanna see this club fail as it`s by far the best iv been to.. im sure many will feel the same? half the fun from owning a rotary is this club :yes im babling again sorry lol..
Happy new year lol

Is every single mod on your car notified to the insurance? If its in the open section the insurance companies do read them ask Mark Blitz Boy. Do something post it in the projects section without telling them and its bye bye insurance should the worst happen. Even silly cosmetic changes should be notified! I don\'t have a problem posting out in the open there\'s three pages of mods listed on my car and i\'m going to ask them to inspect it this time around after the latest batch. But how many more out there are so open. Hence why it should be in the members section.
Kevin
Can\'t wait to see the face of the inspector. :D
Shaun
when did insurers start checking forums?
Im not bothered where it goes as long as we cn have one :D im a member anywho :yes
My insurance claim got denied cos they checked out the forum and found a load of un-announced mods, won\'t be making that mistake again! oops. Gotta learn i suppose.
I voted yes to this, putting in the members section may be a good idea but some sort of teaser for non members could be handy, like one thread made public every month (with the authors permission of course)
:)
This idea gets my vote!
Thankfully my car is insured with Competition Car Insurance....I think the mods come with the nature of the insurance....so Im happy to chat about mine. In fact all they care about is the size of the engine...so 1.3 turbo it is ;)
Definitely a good idea! I declare everything anyways.
Voted yes....members only please
i agree voted yes and members only.
Also Voted Yes, Members Only
i vote yes !!
I voted yes. Love looking at projects going on. (Including big V8\'s going in the Gen 3 :Giggle )

get it sorted and I will post all pics of my project defo:Thumbsup!
members only and rotary only
Right Guys project sections set up for you big thank you to Mike LMR. In the members section as requested by the vast majority for all your rotary power vehicle projects and modifications. Don\'t feel it needs to be a big project, even if its just a little modification get it posted and make this section work. Might be worth saying how you rate the mods you do also so others know if its worth doing.
If anyone has a project thread ongoing anyware and would like it transfering to this section please let one of the mods know by PM and we can transfer it across for you.
Kevin
Just don\'t try to make a joke... as thats apparently frowned upon....... :(
