Out of the the 2 you have mentioned I cant comment on Reworx as ive had nothing to do with them.......

However I can recommend very highly Carl

You will find his details at the bottom of my signiture.  His map has helped me win races....2 fd race cars use his maps, and soon to be a third....I think that speaks volumes!

Very helpfull person!

If I remember rightly I think it was Carls design for the V-Mount that has been copied by most!

Works very well!!!

I actually did go to Radtec around 5 years ago and over saw design of the V mount that you now supply Ross.
We supplied a car to them and then even made a model for them to understand what we were on about as they couldn\'t quite grasp it in the intial stages. They had not heard of  V mount at that time.
I was quite particular about exactly what we wanted, and at that time I had not even seen a V mount from anyone else.
Since that time there have been a few variations on it,with even Pip developing another version, but the one you sell is the same basic design that I developed in conjuction with Radtec all those years ago.:wave

Well about 10 years ago I designed the front mount intercooler, I even made a model for them to understand what we were on about as they couldn\'t quite grasp it in the intial stages.
And it is that Front mount that many people like HKS and Trust now sell.

Which is why I wish I had bought it direct from Carl rather from you!  Maybe Carl wouldnt have cut the beading off the inlet pipe ;)

At least Carl is very good with a spray can...removing the strange logo from the intercooler :D

Ross knowing your engineering skills.....All I can say is I doubt it...but if you ask Walter Mitty I think he is missing some one to tell stories with ;)

Another great thread hijack.

Why cant people just reply with some thing useful and then use a full stop - instead of dragging it down to the \'them versus us\'-level at every opportunity???

FFS, this is a car club. I really cant be fukced to keep looking at threads when this bull**** is the usual contents.

I get on well with Ross, and we both know each other enough to know when we can have a bit of a go.
We do have differences of opinion about things, that is true, but who doesn\'t?
When we see and talk on the phone it is allway\'s good natured, just don\'t think there is more to the comments than there is.
We ( As in Ross and I ) like to spark a bit of banter from time to time,it is good natured though.
I am sure that Ross will back me up on that.
Regards
Carl

Ok, no worries mate. Good to see you got it booked in at short notice. Please don\'t take the bitchiness in this thread to be the norm....some members are more passionate about argueing than rotaries.
Good luck.

Absolutely Carl, I think we all need to remember that most of what is said on here is toungue in cheek....

Good forum usage is all about not taking yourself or anyone else too seriously..

I really enjoy the banter with Carl and the rest of the people on here, even the really odd ones that like old school rotarys :).
However one individual loves to make snide comments at any oppotunity he can, and its really really wearing.
