1. remove temp sensor.
2. put old fittings back
3.re install pipework
4. put a tpiece in new/re-instated pipework
5. put temp sender in tpiece.
or something of that ilk...

Still freezes up when you drive along at 07:00.....:wiggle
maybe you can try to vent some engine bay heat over the screen using a plethora of pipes and scoops.
use some D - icer in the washer bottle.
What about one of those inverters run off the 12V - then run a heater off that - should be able to do 500W heater no probs - that\'ll make it pretty toasty ! :bandit
Just fit a switch so you can turn it off when you need the extra power !
Have a rummage through one of the kit car mags....... I\'m sure I saw an electric heater in one that was SVA aprooved, so it\'s got to be prety decent quality!!

That seems to be the best option...Nick also suggested that one, think Ill go that way..:cheers ;)
Here\'s some suggestions from moi :-)
1) Make an elaborate collection of coolant pipes that are spread around the dash
2) Set fire to the passenger seat
3) If it gets really cold, set fire to the passenger as well
4)
Stop being a South African Hot Weather Wuss and put up with it
Hope thats helpful mate :-) Dave
