Anyone had experience fitting coilover suspension to an FD and can give me any useful advice ?

i dont know weither to go for coilovers or uprated shocks

think ill stick with shocks and springs lol
any ideas whats out there in the department?

they will be stiff with those helpers in there but they will increase the life of the top mounts a little.... coilovers easy to fit, need a couple of 17mm spanners and a 17 socket. and same again in 14mm

IMO go for Bilstein sports shocks and Tanabe springs, firm but not too hard. also anti roll bars make a huge difference to cornering
the shocks i haveon are kotio or somehting like that.
nice hard ride and handles a dream but ive never heard of them(once i get right name lol).
so who supplies the stuff im after??

tokico never heard of them all i know is they adjustable on the top and white lol.
