need to get new induction cones now i have the space since greddy IC replaced the xspower one as were squeezed in.bit of a mishap on way home looks like fuel pump died 47 miles from wgt on m62 middle lane lucky there was a gap so i could coast onto hard shoulder.low loader arrived appears no towing eye on mine so ended up with a bit of a crack at bottom of front bumper when wire took the strain, back to pips who waited until 6.45 then 134 mile drive home, back sunday for car - nice guy pip :Thumbsup!

Hi Peter, did Pip supply and fit your fuel pump? Just wondering if he has a bad batch as I think D1WTF may have had a fuel pump problem. Slightly worried myself as Pip supplied and fitted an uprated fuel pump about 18 months ago and would assume its a Walbro.

mmm, interested in these fuel pump issues myself, was hoping to get mine upto WGT to have uprated pump and injectors.  Mind you, one thing you can be sure of with Pip is that if there are problems with the pumps he wont sell you them

Not sure mate, could be the turbo. Don\'t think he has posted a definite answer yet.

Did Pip say it was deffo your fuel pump? I take it you were luckily off boost when it packed up as your engine didn\'t go pop?

Thanks looks quite tidy.
Just went by Pip\'s advice, had to have wastegate modified to let sufficient gases out, uprated pump & injectors as boost not even so set at .8 bar max

The walbro is good for most road needs. As proof of this statement, I am still running one walbro 255lph pump, on standard lines, with no pressure drop as yet. Oh and a small matter of 430atw @ 0.92bar.
